[Rin, ever diligent in learning about this new and fascinatingly bizarre environment, had taken it upon herself to understand the intricacies of the mansion. Though she didn't know much yet, she wanders the halls with the intent purpose of searching for anything that might stand out as odd even among the mansion's normal oddities, something that would catch her attention. As she nears the stairwell, she can hear an odd sound, something distinctly expressive but inorganic.
That's definitely different from what she had seen thus far. Even better, it sounds as though it's coming from the floor right above her. Frankly, the source is too close for her to ignore it, even though it sounds... technological, a definition absolutely opposite of her fortes.
Nonetheless intrigued, she begins to climb up the stairs, hair bobbing as she all but bounces towards the next floor. As her eyes catch a glimpse of the "source" she stops in her tracks.
