Opting to ignore the curse as it was muttered, Carolina continued to stand as she was, not shifting her stance in the slightest. Her eyes narrowed a touch further at the suggestion that Tex was a figment of her imagination, however. No. No, she wasn't. She was standing right here, right in Wonderland, and she certainly hadn't been seeing figments of Texas at all within the last year or so.
"Decent." Carolina repeated, and maybe it was a question? But it came out so flatly that it was hard to tell. There's something just on the edge of being scathing in her tone--her intel had always been good. Not "decent." Head turning slightly to one side, she continued to stare Texas down, though she didn't avoid answering her questions. "Of the people you'd know, Wash is here, and so is Epsilon. Other than them, there are all kinds of people from other places who have wound up here, too."
