Ron stops short as soon as he sees Andy. Good, he thinks. Someone he knows. Not necessarily a helpful someone- Andy can be more enthusiastic than practical, but Andy is a workplace associate. A not-awful workplace associate.

It also means April is likely nearby, and April, too, is a workplace associate.

Even in his own mind, Ron will never admit how glad he is to see Andy, or of possibly seeing April.
