Which ought to mean that it can't be Ben, because Ben should know better.

Cautiously, Ron turns the device. It's bad enough that he can see the machine. He doesn't want the machine to see him. He tilts it just enough that he can see an image that looks vaguely like Ben Wyatt, whom Ron had liked well enough when it had come to shutting down Pawnee's government. Now that the government is up and running, Ron doesn't like him with the same glee. It's not that he dislikes Ben, but there are times where he thinks that he will never admit he likes Ben, which is, by other people's standards, the equivalent of liking someone. ]
