It seemed that names were unimportant at the time. [More important things to attend to, at the time. The grin is gone, now, for a variety of reasons and all of them revolve around Ego.]

Of course. [Over and done with and no need to dwell on it at all. She can go with that.] I do not understand. So far, this place seems to hold more dreams than nightmares. [There are people here, for one; there's life -- but Mantis also knows intimately how gilded castles can hide dark motives.]

We're in the nice, cozy in-between stages right now. Trust me, I know what's hiding underneath all this glitz. The people ain't too bad though.

That may take awhile, but you can start with the Masons- Georgia and Shaun. [at least Wonderland and being alone here with no one from his world gives him the patience and- even more- the desire to make nice with anyone from his world. it's tough when no one's seen the shit he has.] They're decent people.

Georgia and Shaun. [It's not like she knows Rocket well at all, but his is at least a familiar face -- and he did help save the known galaxy, so he must be at least a smidge trustworthy.
