Chloe cracks a smile, realizing how silly it was. She was the one trespassing and was probably lucky the woman hadn't pulled a gun on her. "I just think it's a little naive," Chloe admits. She knows some secrets that many don't know, things that could be the difference between life and death if she isn't prepared. Events weren't the only time bad things happened, here. "We don't always get warnings about events, either, so I'd rather be safe than sorry."

With a tilt of her head, Chloe follows her gaze around the room. "Yeah, well, my room looks like a freaking hotel room so I really can't say anything. I don't think there's any point in settling in when I don't plan on being here for long."

She still honestly believes there is a way home, and that she will somehow find it. She casts her gaze back to the woman and offers her hand. "I'm Chloe."
