America is like an overexcited, selfish puppy that demands your attention even if you don't like dogs, except that puppy is a one year old mastiff that can wreak havoc even on accident. He is from the nineteenth century and only knows nineteenth century medicine so don't let him treat you if you want to live. Stomach may or may not be a literal black hole. Makes moonshine in his room and owns two dinosaurs.
Zacharie just wants to sell things in his handy dandy shop, serving either as one of those side characters in games that sends people out on quests or being the quester, depending. He's about as laid back as you can get. Like he literally will not give a shit if you kill and eat people (I'm looking at you Hannibal). He's prone to meta and can completely ignore the fourth wall (provided you the mun okay it on the permissions post!)
BONUS: Mirror!America is basically Charlie Kelly if Charlie was actually capable of beating people up. America is the Waitress. Obsessed with his Real and inventing new names to call Daryl Dixon. It is every bit as awful as you think.
