P r o m p t s

I. Second Time's The Charm
This... this looks awfully familiar, and... familiar in an awful way. Look around all you like, it won't change, it won't go away. You are in Wonderland. No, worse: You're back in Wonderland. Just when everything was nice and comfortable at home, or-- or wasn't it? Maybe you're happy to be here again. Hey, no judgement, free room and board is nothing to scoff at! Blessing or curse, that's really up to you; all you know for sure is that, apparently, you're here to stay.

II. What will you children do next?
It's time for another wonderful event in Wonderland! For its duration characters will suddenly find themselves ten years older or younger. This can be physically, mentally, or both, i.e., if your character is 20 years old right now, they may become 10 physically but still have the mind and memories of their 20-year-old self, or they may revert to the mentality of their 10-year-old self and lose all the memories they have of being older. Characters over 200 years old may even age by a century, as a decade isn't that long for them.

III. Through The Looking-Glass
What an extraordinary day! All of Wonderland's mirrors-- just the things, not the capital Mirrors, not the ones like you --are suddenly shattered! Shards on the floor as far as the eye can see, and empty frames that are just begging to be stepped through! Oh, but you should really stay on your side unless the Queen of Hearts orders it otherwise. Or should you? Who's to say she wouldn't want you to investigate? Go ahead, go on, explore the real side for a change! Or... stay put right where you are, and see who comes to visit. It's really up to you.

Play out your character's arrival. Celebrate their anniversary. Choose a different event to experience. Do anything and everything you like!

[Drax thought he'd escaped this place. Actually, he hadn't thought about it at all, since he'd completely forgotten about this place. He remembers now, though. And he's angry. And when Drax is angry, he turns to the thing he loves best: Destroying.

Watch out because he's ripping the mansion apart with his bare hands, crushing anything and anyone that tries to stand in his way. He knows it will rebuild itself, but right now? He doesn't care. He's mad, and this is how he expresses himself.]

[Drax the Peaceful has noticed the shards of the mirror, in that same, mindful way he notices everything, but he doesn't feel the need to go explore. After all, he's deep within a wonderful meditation session, at peace with himself and the world around him, and he doesn't want to change that.

Ever since his wife and children were murdered, it has been a struggle to find peace, to move on. Where a different man might have turned to violence and vengeance, Drax instead chose a different path, one of communing with the galaxy and finding peace, a peace he hopes his family shares, in whatever afterlife they've ended up.

So he doesn't bother to get up. But he might break from his contemplation and talk to someone, should they visit him.]

[anger is no excuse for pointless destruction and sure maybe sif had once or twice punched a hole through a wall or cut a head off a training dummy in anger but that just makes her more prone to trying to stop this.]

Are you planning on stopping sometime before the entirety of this place is destroyed?

[Drax pauses in his destruction, turning to regard her thoughtfully.] I had not decided.

[And then he punches another hole through a wall.]

Ooh, macho man. Why take it out on the scenery? [Amethyst transforms into a huge wrestler.] I'll take you on! [Because why stop pointless destruction when you could just enable it.]

[Drax turns towards the now huge and muscular purple humanoid, tilting his head.] I am Drax the Destroyer. It takes much boldness to attempt and take me on. [Though she (he?) does seem to be fairly muscular as well. Perhaps this fight will be entertaining after all.]

Well I'm the Purple Puma and I've never heard of no Drax the Destroyer. You must be pretty weak. [Overexaggerated yawn. It's been a while since she's gone to any wrestling matches, so she's getting totally into the persona.] I've claimed every belt in Beach City. I bet you don't have any belts.

[The problem with trash talking Drax? He doesn't get it. At all.]

You are as foolish as you are blind. I have many belts. I am wearing one right now.

[It's holding up his pants?? Why does she care so much about belts?]

[...What. She stares at him for a second.]

[Then bursts out laughing.]

You are so--hahaha--funny!

[Drax stares, pretty much baffled by the laughter. Not offended, exactly, just not sure what the funny part is.]

Are we going to fight?

Haha... Oh yeah! I forgot about that. Sure, if you think you can take me, you're welcome to try. [She poses to show off her huge muscles.]

[She can hear the destruction from the stairs and quite frankly, she's a little worried. But when she rounds upon the source of the noise she is slightly less so. She probably shouldn't be, but no one seems to be getting their face pummelled into the walls, so that's a plus.

She's a tiny human lie detector, that has no other superhuman qualities to speak of, but her best friend is a God. That may or may not impact her judgement sometimes. Or it could just be that she's from New York and being bold is bred into her.

She stands a good distance away, arms folded over her chest.]

Did you ever consider that someone might actually need to use this hallway? You know, there's a training centre down a few floors for a reason. Come on, take a breather and let's walk to the training room. On the way you can tell me why you're impersonating a bull in a china shop.

[He pauses, then puts his fist through another wall.] I impersonate NO ONE!

[She sighs and rolls her eyes.]

It's a figure of... nevermind. Okay, breathe big guy. Come on. Talk to me.
