I. Second Time's The Charm This... this looks awfully familiar, and... familiar in an awful way. Look around all you like, it won't change, it won't go away. You are in Wonderland. No, worse: You're back in Wonderland. Just when everything was nice and comfortable at home, or-- or wasn't it? Maybe you're happy to be here again. Hey, no judgement, free room and board is nothing to scoff at! Blessing or curse, that's really up to you; all you know for sure is that, apparently, you're here to stay. II. What will you children do next? It's time for another wonderful event in Wonderland! For its duration characters will suddenly find themselves ten years older or younger. This can be physically, mentally, or both, i.e., if your character is 20 years old right now, they may become 10 physically but still have the mind and memories of their 20-year-old self, or they may revert to the mentality of their 10-year-old self and lose all the memories they have of being older. Characters over 200 years old may even age by a century, as a decade isn't that long for them. III. Through The Looking-Glass What an extraordinary day! All of Wonderland's mirrors-- just the things, not the capital Mirrors, not the ones like you --are suddenly shattered! Shards on the floor as far as the eye can see, and empty frames that are just begging to be stepped through! Oh, but you should really stay on your side unless the Queen of Hearts orders it otherwise. Or should you? Who's to say she wouldn't want you to investigate? Go ahead, go on, explore the real side for a change! Or... stay put right where you are, and see who comes to visit. It's really up to you. IV. Wildcard Play out your character's arrival. Celebrate their anniversary. Choose a different event to experience. Do anything and everything you like! |

Fine.
[She pauses, suddenly sheepish. She offers a smile, bright as usual, though a bit more shy than what she usually projects. More genuine, perhaps. Even if Dipper doesn't remember, maybe...]
You should, like, ask Mabel if she remembers mini-golf. It was...um, fun. And stuff.

Did she totally kick your butt?
in which paz strategically ignores certain parts of the story
Oh, and then they tried to kill Mabel and I, so, like, we totally busted outta there. If I remember correctly, you elected to leave me behind. Mabel was the one who kicked butt.
[She seems more at ease, recounting the tale. Despite her near constant condescension, her voice is almost fond. Weirdly fond, for someone talking about a past attempt on her life.
Still, it's so, so, so weird giving Mabel Pines compliments. She almost feels sick, imagining what her parents would think. But it's also getting easier with each compliment. Weird.]
Don't feel too bad about the fact that I totally creamed your sister, though. I'm, like, kind of globally ranked.
COME ON PAZ
Little mini-golf creatures? Are you serious?
[He thinks about it for a moment, then shakes his head.]
Actually? Never mind. That's both too ridiculous for you to make up, and exactly the kind of thing I've come to expect this summer.
[He really doesn't feel bad about apparently wanting to leave Pacifica behind. He'd probably make the same decision right now without hesitation.]
listen shes tellin the story how SHE WANTS TO TELL IT
Do you really think I'd lie about stuff like that? God, Dipper. They were kind of jerks. Anyway.
[She frowns.]
...Do you, like, know what this is? Any of this? If my parents think I ran away, then I'm--I just, have to get back to Gravity Falls. Like, ASAP.
HE'S GONNA GET MABEL'S SIDE OF THINGS NEXT X(
He doesn't mind so much, but he knows it's been harder on Mabel.]
The bad news? We're totally stuck. In uh... Wonderland. I know how it sounds. [But is it really weirder than tiny golf men? Really?] But on the bright side, time doesn't move at all back home, so your parents won't even notice you're gone! So you don't have to worry about... that.
paz is literally so happy she's not going to have to go home for a bit lmao
[Only cowards crave escape. Pacifica knows that. But she can't stop a small, genuine smile from passing over her face. Her chest, previously tense with anxiety, seems to have had a weight lifted from it; she would hug Dipper, but for the fact that she's pretty sure he'd be less than thrilled.]
...I mean, like, I totally have to get back home. But if no time passes, it can't hurt to stay here for a bit, right?
sobs poor child. her life is so hard.
The fact that "as long as he'd like" may end up being "way longer than he'd like" is something he's trying hard not to think about.]
Uh, yeah, I guess. But if you're planning a weird rebellious phase or something don't expect me and Mabel to wait up when we find a way out.
ok but paz in a stereotypical rebellious phase
But, of course, nothing The feeling is immediately followed by one of intense guilt, of course; how much of a monster is she, to not care for her parents? The newfound freedom and anxious guilt fight it out until, finally, the guilt wins out, and the smile slips from Pacifica's face slowly. Her eyes flicker towards Dipper, and she swallows.]
Northwests, like, don't rebel. And if they do--it ends poorly.
[Like it would for her if she went back. Her voice is oddly quiet, almost solemn, but she quickly flashes Dipper one of her bright, cocky smiles before returning to her normal demeanor.]
So, like, we're stuck. Awesome. What now?
she could hang out with Robbie and take fashion tips from him!
He shakes his head a little. He's probably just being paranoid. Then again, no matter how happy most kids are to get some unsupervised time... she seems a little happier about being separated from her family than he would have expected.]
...umm, this'll probably be really hard for you, but you're gonna want to cover up or destroy the mirrors in your room. They listen in on you.
GOD
[Pacifica just smiles; this Dipper doesn't know how awful her family is, really, and there's no reason to let him know. Even if it brings back that familiar, empty feeling of pretending her family is the best, and that everything is all right.]
Ugh. Irritating, but totally doable. Except--do I, like, even have a room?
[She rolls her eyes.]

[Any truce he might have agreed to is completely off if she's mean to Mabel. And since traditionally it's Mabel, not Dipper, she's antagonized, he can't help but be apprehensive.]
LMAO SORRY I'VE BEEN IN JAPAN
[Pacifica thinks for a moment. The concept is hard for her.]
...sharing is? And, like, seriously--I've got more than enough to worry about then to bother your lame sister, dummy.
[She's trying to be jovial. Dipper will probably take it the wrong way and jump down her throat but--hey, at least she's trying.]
