He won't know you're gone. [ Simon's quick to explain that part of it when he sees what's upset her. ] This place plays with time. because no one remembers it when they leave, even if they end up back here again. When you go back? It's to the exact moment you left. Almost as if time stops when you're not there to experience it. No one will notice you're missing. Your life will just pick up right where you left it, without you or anyone else any the wiser.

I don't know. Maybe? If I've learned anything here, there's a lot of worlds out there we don't know about. Realities that exist that are like ours, but not quite. Or some that are completely different. Some have magic, or aliens, or creatures and beings that only exist in our mythologies or history books. [ Or comic books, as it were. ] Who knows what places out there can accomplish wth science, or magic. Or both, I suppose.
