[His first day in this place had been, unsurprisingly, rather headache inducing. He had a very vague idea of what this place was and what was going on but it was going to require a lot more digging for Ignis to fully grasp it all.

Until then..]

Is it true that this place tends to change on a whim? Or is it safe to assume that if I find my way to my room I'll be able to find it again without issue.

[He has a feeling he knows the answer but, just in case.]

[Action - The Kitchen]

[Everyone relax. Ignis had found the kitchen.

Not that anyone here would really understand just how nice of a thing this was for the young man but if the smells coming out of the kitchen were any indication, it would turn into a good thing for everyone.

He had expected to find some of the ingredients that he did when he finally managed to find his way to the kitchen but lo and behold things he as familiar with had been tucked away in some of the cupboards. Various ingredients were gathered and once he had everything he set to work on making the pastries he had worked for so long to perfect. Perhaps it was homesickness that had him preparing this particular dish but whatever the case, it helped Ignis lose himself for a bit...

And ignore everything else going on. Gods was this place frustratingly hard to figure out.]

[Minato once in a while stopped by the kitchen. Most of the time he had spent if had had anything to do with food was in the Diner since he helped work there, or then in the dining room or a tearoom since those responded to thoughts, like wishes being granted on some small scale.

But the kitchen it is today, and Minato thought that it wasn't a bad idea then, considering what was going on in there. Pastries were awesome.]

Did you need help?

[It didn't look like it, but he thought to ask anyway.]

[Ignis glanced up from what he was doing, having been starting a second row of pastries on the pan he'd found in one of the cupboards.]

A second pair of hands wouldn't hurt, I suppose.

[He usually manages well enough on his own but company was honestly a welcome thing right now.]

Have you ever baked before?

[Minato nodded. A place like this gave him plenty of time to work on that kind of thing. He could be useful in some small way too at the Diner, the establishment a friend of his ran.]

A little. Mostly cakes.

[Since it was Christmas not that long ago, and there was a tradition at home to have cake for that holiday.]

What do you call these?

[He indicated toward the pan. The pastries looked really good. They smelled good too.]

Not daily, but it does do a lot of screwy stuff from time to time. Watch your back.

Wonderful. At least I can take some comfort in knowing I'll be able to find certain places easy enough.

Should I be wary of any particular individuals?

Wonderland's small enough to navigate, but avoid the woods and the ocean. People are okay so far but if you wanna avoid anything, uh.

Probably just be wary of the world itself, actually. And some of the

things that live here.
