Not really. [Kon lands and looks over at the other guy, giving him a nod.] Sort of hoping there'd be a way out, or at least some kind of clue of how I might get there. But turns out? After a certain point you just... stop going higher. It's frustrating as hell.

Hel's far less frustrating, I find. Being so trapped, on the other hand, is certainly aggravating.

[He's always found a way out of the afterlife, at least, whether it's got one L or two. He offers a nod back, and settles on the edge of the roof. Powers, physique, and relative honesty without trying to bargain for the information; all signs point to hero, so far. No point not trying to see what he can learn, then.]

At least I can cross "up" off the list without having to try it myself. I presume you've tried "away", as well?

Yeah, you either don't get anywhere or apparently if you try swimming or go through the woods you just flat out die. I haven't experimented with that one.

[He shoves his hands into his jean pockets and shrugs.]

Only direction I haven't tried is tunneling.

...I'll bear that in mind, as well. No woods, no water.

[Swimming was never really an option, given that Loki sinks like a stone; not surprising when he weighs about three normal people. The woods he might have tried, though, so it's nice to not accidentally wind up dead. He's not sure how that would work here, if he'd come back at all.]

I've tried a few others, but not down yet. It sounds like a lot of work, but... I suppose if all other options are out...

I mean, it's worth a try, but my hopes aren't high. [They thought of flying. They have to have thought of digging too.] They seem pretty thorough.

They do. I can try things I suspect you can't, and they've blocked those too.

....I wouldn't call it my strongest subject. Don't tell me this is a magical fairytale pocket dimension that comes with homework.

I won't, then. All the same, it never hurts to see if there's more to know about the magical fairytale pocket dimension- like how magical, and whether the fairytale is Disney or Grimm or something even older, and why it seems to enjoy kidnapping people.

[He shrugs again, a little more tense. He doesn't trust this place at all, even if it's been calm so far.]
