[Georgia doesn't let just anyone see her actual human emotions past angry and blandly professional. To likely it'll come across as a weakness.]

Probably. It's a magic library, and yes, I realize how that sounds. [She scowls briefly. She's been here several months and she's still not used to magic being a thing she has to account for.] Things... aren't always where they're supposed to be and it changes shape and size. Frustrating as hell. But it has documents from lots of different universes.

A magic library. [ Cassandra clutches her hands together and holds them against her chest, trying not to get too excited. ] That sounds like it's exactly what I'm looking for.

[ She reconsiders for a moment. ] Not sure we actually have documents from different universes, but- Jenkins would know. [ She nods to herself, then looks back to Georgia. ]

Um. Where is the library?

First floor. You can't miss it. Who's Jenkins?

First floor. [ She turns in the direction of the stairs, pumped and excited to get a move on, then freezes. ]

He's somebody who works in the library. He keeps it organized, knows where everything is, does experiments, all that. He's [ saved all the librarians' lives so many times ] amazing.

[ It's a long shot, but she might as well ask. ] You... haven't seen or heard of him being around, have you? He's... older. Kind of... [ Can she say this? ] Crotchety.

I only know of one librarian here, and she's hardly crotchety. [She tilts her head.] Sorry. He might show. A lot of people do eventually.

[ So the librarian here is a she. Good to know. Of course, it might just be a librarian, instead of one of the librarians. Which is obviously the most likely explanation.

But if Flynn comes, she really, really, really wants to see his face when he finds the head librarian here is a woman. She bets he'll try to take over, because he won't be able to help himself. ]

So... people come, but do they... [ She walks her fingers quickly through the air in front of her. ] Leave?

Um, yes? [Georgia looks confused by the question, but she adjusts her sunglasses and endeavors to reply anyway.] People leave fairly frequently, but not in any recognizable pattern, and not by their own choice.

Great! Soooooooooooo... How do we do that?

[ Cassandra beams at Georgia as she waits for an answer. Beam, beam, beam, smile, smile, smile.

Once she knows how to leave, she'll head home, tell everyone about her wacky adventure, and get back to the clippings book!
