How fortunate for you - your heart is probably better off for it.

[And she means that genuinely, her caffeine habit will probably kill her one day but until then she's just going to keep on trucking.]

I've heard that it's an option but not actually tried it myself. Personally I'm of the mind that I'd prefer to see anything I put in my body mixed in front of me or in front of a pair of trusted eyes.

[Because she has assistants who usually fix her coffee for her.]

Playing Russian roulette with a "magical" multidimensional closet doesn't seem to be the wisest choice at this juncture.

Wise? Certainly not. But it'll become a quick and apparent necessary evil.

I'm sure it will. But for right now, I'm patient enough to see what the more mundane side of Wonderland has to offer.

My Earth is no stranger to the fantastical or the extraordinary, but in my experience, it's something to be regarded with caution until it proves it can be trusted.

Mine neither. [ both in her era and in the eras that follow, it seems. ] Although 'magical wardrobes' are certainly more unheard of.

Mmmm. That is true. I've only heard of one, and it went to somewhere, versus giving you things, and up until this point, at least, I thought it fell strictly on the side of "fictional."

[C.S. Lewis is before her time, and she doesn't know about the Legends' fun adventures on her earth, so there is that.]

So much for fictional. [ a puff of air through her cheeks. ] But if you do warm up to the idea of the closets and their supplies, I would at least suggest to think carefully on what you might want stockpiled. They don't always function normally through events.

Of course they don't. If they did, we might have a chance of winning.

[What are they winning? She doesn't really know. But this definitely seems to be some kind of battle of wills, in a game that she didn't ask to play.]
