Permissions if applicable: I don't guess I ever made him a permissions post, but mainly: He is a murder-happy 1000+ year old vampire who can also do a lot of mind control. I only pull out the compulsion with discussion/permission beforehand anyway, but if that's not your jam, lmk.
What is your character like?: Kol is....complicated? He's old as hell, his views are skewed by vampire things, and immortal things, and he's also kind of eternally 21, so you know he's kind of a mix ball. He's snarky and cheeky and he is actually kind of easy to become friends with because he's somehow REALLY likeable, despite his penchant for murdering when he's bored and generally being somehow attached to Lvl 100 Drama at all times. He's always one for a good time and a party, however loosely you may define party (or however wildly different your definition of what qualifies as one might be from his), but beyond anything, and everything else his family is his heart and soul, his beginning and his end. Family above all, period. He has roughly eleventy-billion issues with his family, but nothing can break the ridiculous, bone-deep loyalty he has to them despite it all. He really is the type that you can never tell how your interaction with him might go; he might be ultra charming and the meeting go really swell, but just as likely he might be argumentative AF and make you want to punch him.
What has your character been up to in Wonderland lately?: see below, re: long-term plans for some pieces. And here be the rest.

Currently, his sister, Freya, has custody of the Doctor and Kol has let her be with it for the time being. He still doesn't trust the guy or like him at all, and I'm sure....that's....fine and not awkward at all for Klaus. */whistles innocently*
I reeeeally didn't do much with him during the 4th wall because Cisco sort of took over at that point, but currently I think he's settling back into his research mode and I plan on following up on some of those earlier things I set up (which are mentioned below!) very soon.
CR PORTION
What daily/weekly activities does your character participate in?: Bars are a good place to randomly come across him. But he's also very exploratory in general, so it would also be easy to place him almost anywhere. As far as general day-to-day things, he is in both the regular and magic libraries on probably a minimum of twice weekly, he also may at any given time be in one of his siblings' pockets because that's the way the Mikaelsons live and he has two of them here now!
Any handwaved CR you’d like to mention?: The main thing might be people he might sort-of-not-quite know from Damon's Bar/Lux, or either of the libraries. And if there's anything any of his established CR might want to poke around with assuming, I'm open to chats on that!
What kind of CR are you seeking?: Any/all kinds. He has got a bit of a mix right now with the types of CR he's got going on, but I'm always open to more!
What kind of CR are you offering?: I feel like he needs a warning label in that not all CR with Kol will be happy and shiny? And perfectly decent conversations might turn on a dime or something because he can be really tetchy. BUT he's also basically a 10th century frat boy, too. So he's personable, and he's a party-lover and will always choose a good time if it's available.
Is your character shippable/are you interested in shipping?: Debatable. He's not really the guy you wanna take home to mom, unless your mom is Elizabeth Bathroy, all right. (aka let's just go with the flow, here, he's trickier to ship for me)
Any long term plans for your character others might be able to get involved in?: Ohhhh boy. Okay, so let me try and think through all the things he's been getting up to.
Memories: So, Kol is trying really, really hard to figure out how this whole lost memory business works. He's been given a lot of information and had a lot of good conversations revolving around this whole thing over here. Basically....I'm looking to follow up on this stuff! So that's gonna be happening soon, I think. I apologize that it was left in a weird limbo for so long tbh.
Magic: He also wants to learn more/any/everything possible about Wonderland Magic and how it works and what it does and what it's limits and capabilities are. He's researched things (nothing that anyone doesn't already know has come out of it, of course); he's had Misty Day trying to use her own magic to feel things out (also not a ton has panned out there). But he will always and forever talk magic and if you are a magic user he definitely wants to know you.
